a form of meditation for me. Today my mom told me that she meditates and then gave me one of her things she listens to when she meditates. It basically makes you sit there and concentrate on breathing. I found my mind constantly wandering.

So today i realized something ironic.
That the place where i feel most beautiful is the place that i am most vulnerable.
Performing.
I have performed my entire life, and have always felt beautiful up on stage.
but that is the place where everyone can see you, and everyone is judging you.
but i dont care.
i think thats why i love hooping so much, its just a continuation of my performing.

I was supposed to upload my videos today, but it did not happen. I’ve been too busy and tomorrow I’m going to Disneyland!
