A New Begining |
Goals: -Hoop AT LEAST 10 minutes a day. -Learn one trick per week (maybe two). -Post AT LEAST one video per month of either a tutorial or a progress update. This blog will consist of the videos of tricks ive learned, my own videos, inspirational stuff, and my progress. This is a start of a new beginning. I won't give up this time. |
a form of meditation for me. Today my mom told me that she meditates and then gave me one of her things she listens to when she meditates. It basically makes you sit there and concentrate on breathing. I found my mind constantly wandering.
But when i hoop, all i have to do is put in my headphones and go for it. my mind concentrates on nothing else but the hoop hitting my body, the motions in which i need to do to go with the music, and my flow.
its so relaxing and so much fun for me.
